Warm-up: We start the lesson with Christmas song. We talk about winter and Christmas. We sit down in a circle and pass a big present. When music stops, we answer a question and we can open the present up. We talk about ourselves. We say a snow chant and play a snow battle. We stop when we hear: STOP, we can play again when we hear: GO.
Topic: We bring pillows and sit down. We listen to the Christmas story. We decorate a Christmas tree and sing a song about it.
Follow-up: We play a game with clothes. If we are cold, we put on trousers, skirt or others. If we are warm, we take them off. We discover how the snow is like. We count snowflakes and we play and dance with one in our hand. We move fast and slow, we turn around, we are in a heavy storm. It's windy and then again a fine weather. We are rewarded by small presents and sweets. We have our homework. We say bye-bye and: Happy After-Christmas.
